• 10+ years in brand design, including 3–5 years leading teams
  
• A portfolio showcasing strategic, system-level brand work  
  
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling design teams
  
• Deep understanding of brand systems across digital, physical, and experiential  
  
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
